17th March Parkrun

Hi All,

The next park run event is the Frimley Lodge park run on Saturday 17th March start time 9am. The course is two laps partly along the canal path and partly through woods and makes the normal 5k distance. Frimley Lodge Park does have ample free car parking. The suggested route is to leave the M3 at junction 3 and join the A30 at Bagshot then pick up the A325 to Frimley and Farnborough. When you come to Frimley Hospital turn left at the green and follow the road for a mile or so before bearing left and going under a railway bridge. The park is the next on the left. There is a pavilion where refreshments are available before and after the run. For further info please go to the Frimley Lodge park run website.
