Berkhamsted ROM - Sunday 4th March

Apologies for the lateness of this email, I have been busy/away/injured or some combination of all 3! Anyway, the Berkhamsted 5 mile run and half marathon are now very soon, Sunday 4th March, 10am start. It would be great to get a few BA runners there, we normally make a good showing, and everyone is welcome back to my place for some lunch afterwards. Entries for the half close next week, so if you want to run in that race do not delay, enter now, or contact me and I can do it for you. The 5 has a little more time, and again I can enter for you if you prefer. For both I would need your name, DOB, age, address and estimated time.

If you enter yourselves please can you put your team name down on the entry form as "ba Runner". The last couple of years we have not all put a team name in, but if we had we might have won a prize...so lets see what we can do this year.

Let me know ASAP if you plan to run or come and support so I can see if I need to buy some food for lunch!
