Track&Field Grand Prix at Uxbridge Track: Monday 20th August; 400m from 18:00 + Hammer + Long Jump

Hi Everyone,

Next Monday 20th August at Uxbridge track, the next stage of the Grand Prix events this season are to be held. Commencing at 6pm we will start off with the 400m sprint, followed by the Hammer throw and then finish with the Long Jump.

If you would like to come along and do all the events or some of the events, that will be fine.

Drive down Gatting Way and take the second left turn to a free car park in front of the athletics stadium. It costs £3.60 to use the track (cheaper if you are a Hillingdon resident). Keep your receipt because Eddie can get a partial refund from BA Clubs (for BA Clubs members).
