Surrey League Ladies Cross Country 3rd Match - 14 JAN MATCH DETAILS

The Ladies XC 3rd Match is taking place in Couldson on Sat, 14 January 2012. I hope to see many runners and supporters there. Details are below.

Match 3 will be on Farthing Downs, Coulsdon when our hosts will be South London Harriers and the timetable will be:-

12.00 noon - Snrs/Vets/U20s 1.00 pm - U15s/U17s 1.30 pm - U13s

A map of the venue and courses prepared by the Host Club is below. Changing facilities and refreshments are in SLH’s Club at 194a Brighton Road, Coulsdon, CR5 2NF (nearest railway station is Smitham on the Tattenham Corner line, although Coulsdon South station is nearer the course on the Redhill/Gatwick line). Allow 15 minute walk from Clubhouse and 10 minute walk from Coulsdon South to the course. Also please note the A23 Brighton Road is a red route so you cannot park there and you can not park on the road (Ditches Lane) which runs through the Downs nor on the grass verges of that road. There is a car park at the far end of Ditches Lane.

There will be First Aiders in the Start/Finish area but you may wish to note the nearest A&E Hospitals (if needed) are (1) Mayday Hospital, Mayday Road, Croydon (020 – 8401 – 3000) (2) St Helier Hospital, Wrythe Lane, Carshalton (020 – 8296 – 2000) (3) East Surrey Hospital Canada Avenue, Redhill (01737 – 768511)
