Rosenheim Results from BA Hosted event at Eton on 3rd JulyA great evening at Windsor, with massive help from a keen squad of BAAC race starters, hammer collectors, timekeepers, judges, sand sweepers, results compilers, measurers plus the blokes (and girl!) who ran and threw. Windsor and Eton is normally regarded as a remote western outpost to most of the other Rosenheim League teams, but this year they came in their dozens to compete in scoring and non-scoring events. The results mean that BA is now proudly on the board in the ladies event, with two huge wins on the night courtesy of Janet Smith. Our men, each of whom also judged or helped when their weren't competing, did enough to keep us in contention for the Rosenheim grand final. We now need lots of athletes to turn up at Woking on July 17th, and we will take the qualifying place from Epsom.
